Rediscovering our senses is a way to get back to basics as we should not eat just with our eyes. Taste, smell and texture remain indispensable dimensions to consolidate our judgement and to re-appropriate our choices. The Head Chef’s delightful cuisine is based on the selection of high-quality ingredients, especially fresh fruits and vegetables. This unique experience will sharpen your senses while you will enjoy a new way to socialise.
Our welcoming staff members will happily greet you at the entrance of the restaurant. They will take time to reassure you on every stage of your journey with us. No mobile phones allowed in the dark! Your belongings will safely be stored in lockers on arrival.
You will then be asked to form a line and be guided by our visually impaired waiters. They will be there at all times to ensure you are enjoying your experience in total darkness. All dietary restrictions or allergies will be considered.
