The Dans le Noir ? Brussels experience is, above all, a sensory adventure.

Deprived of sight, guests are initially disoriented as their sensory reference points are turned upside down. We’re so used to eating with our eyes, associating colors and shapes with flavors, which often distorts our sense of taste!

For one unique evening, this unusual experience invites you to rely on your other senses: smell, taste, and even touch! (Cutlery is provided of course, but you’re free to ditch it if you wish!)

The final part of the evening is the much-anticipated reveal of the surprise menu. Chef Laurent Gauze, proud member of the Académie Culinaire de France, places great importance on selecting high-quality ingredients to create a well-balanced menu.

Fun fact

Some of our guests even mix up meat and fish or confuse red and white wine! It’s always a surprise when they discover what they actually ate once back in the light.
