To enhance your surprise menu experience, we offer a carefully curated wine pairing. Each wine has been meticulously selected to complement and elevate your dishes and overall sensory journey.
This pairing consists of three glasses: one with the starter, one with the main course, and one with the dessert. 
To ensure accessibility for all, we serve 12 cl (4 oz) of wine with the starter and main, and 5 cl (1.7 oz) with the dessert—a total of 29 cl (9.8 oz) for a complete sensory experience throughout the meal.
